Pakhi Hegde awarded Bihari Asmita Samman

Famous bhojpuri film actress Pakkhi Hegde was recently awarded Bhojpuri Asmita Samman at Shree Krishna Hall in Patna, Bihar. The art and culture minister of Bihar, Mrs. Sukhda Pandey awarded Pakkhi Hegde this award. The Bihar Asmita Award is given to the non Bihari people who contribute in the promotion of Bihar outside Bihar. Along with Pakkhi, many famous industrialists and social workers were also awarded this award. Excited with this award, Pakkhi thanked the event organisers and said that these awards make her realise the growing expectations and responsibility. Pakkhi Hegde has been active in bhojpuri cinema for four years now and she is counted amonst the top actress of the industry.
