Manoj Tiwari felicitated with Bhojpuri Ratan Samman

New Delhi. Bhojpuri singer and actor Manoj Tiwari was felicitated with the bhojpuri ratan samman by Purvanchal Express and Bhojpuri Sansaar Patrika for popularising bhojpuri lanuguage nationally and internationally too. Purvanchal Express had conducted a survey for the bhojpuri ratan samman and selected 25 bhojpuri people for the award. Manoj Tiwari got the highest votes for this award. Bhojpuri Sansar's Kuldeep Srivastava, Media Club of India's Anand Prakash and Bhojpuri writer Manoj Bhawuk felicitated him with this award.

The survey also had asked the people whether they think that Manoj Tiwari promoted bhojpuri in the Big Boss or not. Some people were sad because they thought that instad of speking bhojpuri Manoj Tiwari looked more interested in speaking English while some said that he was able to conduct Chhatth puja in big boss which is an achievement in itself. The voters also said that Manoj was evicted from the Big Boss not on the basis of votes but due to a conspiracy.
